In February 2020 I made a Green Man linocut print, which became the cover art for a chapbook of Green Man poems, and additional artwork. Over the next two years, this became a trilogy of linocut-illustrated poetry chapbooks.

When I finished the "Scattered Leaves" linocut-illustrated chapbook in October 2019, I made a project casebook from a craft store cardboard book-shaped box that I covered with offprints from the chapbook.
I made a similar display book box for the Green Man chapbook, again using offprints from the Green Man linocut print run. I like to decorate these display boxes with art from the project it contains, especially on the spine.
I have decided to make this a regular practice for my handmade art books and poetry chapbooks. It both keeps projects organized on my shelf, and protects the copies within.
