A great deal of my illustration and design work has been connected to the music industry. I am myself a musician, who has often been commissioned to do posters and marketing pieces for music groups I have been involved with, as well as for my own releases. A digital photo collage, painted on iPad. Part of my ongoing piano series. This grand piano at a thrift store was dusty and out of tune, but the geometric lines of its construction caught my attention, and led to making this art, perhaps in homage.
