Japanese gardens are often favorite places for me. I am strongly influenced by Zen aesthetics in design and photography. I treasure the quiet moments discovered in hidden corners of Japanese gardens. This has also influenced my fine art and illustration work, for example seen in my Five Stone Garden gallery elsewhere in this portfolio.
